Our Baby Jack is 3!!!

And just like that our Baby Jack is 3?!  He has grown up so much these past few months.  We have had some trying times as he begins to assert his independence but through it all, Jack is our little lover.  He is always up for giving and receiving hugs and kisses!  He is our little comedian and is forever making the 3 of us laugh.  He is able to entertain himself and loves doing puzzles.  Toy Story and Shrek are his favorite.   Lately he has started helping me bake which I absolutely love.  I could never get enough of this kid!!

We had such a fun time celebrating Jack!  We went to Red Robin for his birthday dinner on the 19th.  He definitely gets what his birthday is all about as he was sad on the 19th when we talked to Nana, Papa and Grandma, Grandpa as he thought everyone was coming over that day.  He didn't realize he had to wait for the weekend.  Thankfully he is easily distracted so was on to the next thing very quickly.  

We had our family party on the 23rd.  It was so fun to have everyone over to play and celebrate his birthday.   The crew from Iowa made the trip which is always special.  Madelyn and Jack absolutely adore Bishop and Nora so it's always a fun time when they get to play together :)  Uncle Luke had a ski race earlier in the day so he made it over after the race.  It means the world to us that everyone takes time out of their busy lives to celebrate our kiddos......and I know it made Jack's day too!
