Madelyn's Magical 5th Birthday!

Turning 5 has been a magical experience for Madelyn!  The birthday celebrations started early and continued well past her birthday.  She is one lucky girl and deserves all the love she has received as she truly has a heart of gold!

Nana and Papa came up the weekend before we left for Florida.  Madelyn was very excited as Nana surprised her with a princess cake!  Always a fun time when Nana & Papa come up :)

Madelyn's stats from her 5 year check up are:
Height: 46 in (96%)
Weight: 45.75 lbs (82%)
BMI: 15.16 (50%)
Blood Pressure: 104/72

Then when we were in Tampa, we celebrated with the Bormann's.  Grandma and Grandpa got Madelyn the Cinderella dress to wear when we went to Disney.  Madelyn absolutely loved it and has worn it all the time even since we've been home from Florida.  All the Uncles and Aunts gave the kids money to spend at Disney and they made sure to tell the kids that this is for when your mom & dad say no......you can still buy it!  Of course Madelyn didn't forget that and wanted to spend it on a toy at the grocery store before we even got to Disney!  Such a special treat :)  Even Emmy, Madelyn's newest best friend and sister-look-a-like brought a gift for Madelyn's birthday!

Then it was finally Madelyn's actual birthday!  We just happened to be at Disney :)  We opened presents on the deck and then it was off to breakfast with Cinderella and the princesses.....which included her own birthday cupcake!  I'm pretty sure there isn't a better place to spend your 5th birthday!!!  She was in heaven and it was such a fun experience for all of us.

The weekend we got home from Florida we went over to the Froehle's and had another birthday celebration for Madelyn complete with presents, pizza, cupcakes and time with cousins!  It was the perfect night!  I wasn't kidding when I said there was a lot of celebrating!
